博特赖特（John R.Boatright），芝加哥罗耀拉大学商业管理学院的商业伦理学和管理学教授。他是另一本教材《伦理与商业活动》（Ethics and the Conduct of Business）的作者和《伦理与商业活动案例》（Cases in Ethics and the Conduct of Business）的编者。博特赖特教授是前任商业伦理协会的会长，他还是《商业伦理杂志》、《商业伦理季刊》和《商业与社会评论》的编委会成员。2002年，他应邀到北京大学讲学。
